Housing in Los Angeles: An Overview
Los Angeles is the least affordable city in the US and is currently experiencing a severe housing crisis. The 3.9 million residents of the city are faced with soaring living costs and lack of quality, accessible housing. As a result, many economically disadvantaged renters pay over half their income on rent, while others face the risk of homelessness. For most, owning a home is simply out of the question. We are making both rentals and home ownership more accessible for Angelenos.
