       In recent years, 111,000 housing units in Los Angeles have shifted from affordable to not affordable.
Our projects are strategically located in desirable, high-resource neighborhoods, providing residents with access to better schools, safer, walkable environments, and more job opportunities.

With the demand to live in LA on the rise and the supply of newer, affordable housing inventory not keeping up with demand, we want to increase the availability of newer, affordable living options. All our developments are purpose-built to provide excellent value for everyone looking to call LA home, whether through renting or ownership.
Build Mindfully
LA’s current housing inventory is outdated. We are developing properties that are mindful of the community and neighbors, improving the overall aesthetics and functionality of the neighborhoods. Our projects focus on density while ensuring comfort and modern amenities, such as smart home features, in-unit washers/dryers, dishwashers, A/C and heating, and stylish interior design and finishes. Our goal is to enhance the living experience for Angelenos while addressing the city’s housing needs.

We are dedicated to keeping LA on the world stage, especially as the Olympics are coming here. Our mission includes beautifying our neighborhoods and cleaning up the streets to make LA a safer and more desirable place to live. By strategically creating affordable housing options, we aim to ensure that everyone can afford to live in this great city. We believe in balancing affordability with humanity, making thoughtful and impactful changes that benefit the entire community.
